One of the few things I perennially miss at the close of the winter season are those delicious Clementines at their peak. Easy to peel, no seeds, juicy and sweet~ and so demure in appearance. They are truly one of my favorite fruits. Oh, I shall miss you, my darling Clementine's~ until next year.
